My name is Jenn Galambos, and I’m the Family School Liaison Counsellor at NSS. I graduated from Gonzaga University in 2022 with my Master of Counselling. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults through a range of issues such as addiction, relationship struggles, school stressors, loneliness, and life changes. I am most interested in the connection between present and intergenerational family systems, and how we continue to grow as people. My goal is to help students process emotions, grow self-esteem, and self-acceptance to nurture individual fulfillment. To achieve this, my practice is grounded in Person Centered, Existentialism, and Attachment theories. I believe that to be fully human, we must experience the full range of emotions, and make active choices in our lives to find meaning.
